These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Yieldcurvehs real estate crowdlending platform. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

• "Platform": The website yieldcurvehs.com and all related services.
• "User": Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Investor": Registered user who participates in investment opportunities.
• "Project": Real estate investment opportunity available on the Platform.
• "Crowdlending": Collective financing of real estate projects.

2. Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in Bolivia.
• Provide valid and verifiable identification information.
• Comply with identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

3. Nature of Services

Yieldcurvehs operates as an intermediary between investors and real estate projects:

• We do not guarantee specific returns.
• Real estate investments carry inherent risks.
• Past returns do not guarantee future results.
• You are responsible for your investment decisions.

4. Investment Risks

By investing through our Platform, you acknowledge:

• Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
• Risk of investment illiquidity.
• Risks associated with the Bolivian real estate market.
• Regulatory risks and changes in legislation.
• Risks related to project developers.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Not use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Comply with all applicable Bolivian laws.
• Not attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Yieldcurvehs or its licensors and is protected by Bolivia's intellectual property laws and international treaties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yieldcurvehs will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from user investment decisions.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including developers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these Terms shall be resolved:

• First, through direct negotiation between the parties.
• If unresolved, through arbitration according to the rules of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia.
• The seat of arbitration shall be La Paz, Bolivia.
• The language of arbitration shall be Spanish.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. For any disputes not covered by arbitration, the courts of La Paz, Bolivia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
